Do the skins come off easily and are they reusable?
They stick very well and will not come off on their own, but once you start peeling it up the skin will come off in 1 piece. Once a skin is removed it cannot be applied again, they are 1 time use.
Can someone help me with my custom design?
Yes we can! If you’re unable to create the design you’re looking for in our customizer we can offer assistance with setting up your custom image. Just let us know though the “Contact” page.
How will I know if this skin fits my device?
Skins are usually specific to one model number of device so make sure that your model number is exactly the same as the one in the listing title. You can also check the preview image and look at where the cutouts are. If your device should have a logo cutout somewhere and the preview image does not show that cutout then the skin may not be for your device. Feel free to contact us prior to ordering with any questions or concerns.
How long does it take to make an item?
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days .
If you need us to customize your item it can push back the shipping date so be sure to stay in contact with us while your design is set up.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping is USPS First-Class 3-5 day. We offer USPS Priority 2-3 day and Priority Express Overnight for faster delivery. Overnight orders still require a 1 business day lead time to create your item.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.
We ask that you contact us within 7 days of shipping receipt confirmation from USPS with any issues. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there is a defect with the product.
